Carolina  -4.5       Even though Arizona is much improved, I still feel Carolina will win this game.  They are playing at home and that will give them the edge.  I think they will win by more than a Touchdown.  Put your bills on Carolina.

Just a gut feeling that NE will win this one over Denver.   I know that there are QB issues for NE, but this is a team that will step up to the challenge.   Denver is no slouch, but I think this is NE's week.  Just my gut, but I am taking NE   -3

Chicago stumbled last week, but look for them to be strong against Minnesota.  This is also rival game which will make it even more competitive.  Chicago is good at home and I see this game to their advantage.  They will need to keep pressure on the QB and if they do they will win.  Take the Bears  -3 1/2

I love sports as much as my husband.   Football is so exciting to watch, especially if you have money on a game.  It can also be a nightmare at times when with a minute to go and your team fumbles or there is an INT and there goes your bet and money.  That's when all the Foreign Languages you know come into play.  I know everyone has been there one time or another.  So I'm hoping the Giants get far enough ahead that I won't have to worry.   I'm going with the Giants -7 against Cleveland.....Good Luck everyone.

JETS  vs  CINN                            Jets are starting to come together.  They will get better as the year goes on as Favre and the receivers really click.    Two weeks ago Favre was outstanding and I look for him to excel this week as well.   When you have Favre on your team you always have the edge and that gives the opponent something to be nervous about.    Take the Jets  -6. 

Bears  -2.5     vs      Atlanta                           The Bears are playing well right now, and winning breeds winning.  Atlanta beat the Packers last week not because they are that good, but because the Pack cannot stop anybody running or passing.  This will be a different ballgame this weekend.  Atlanta better be ready.   Bears take this one by 7 or more.    Bet on the Bears  -2.5

Bears are looking better each week.  Detroit is struggling again this year so far.  I do think they are a better team than their record, but they will not beat the the Bears.  I'm taking the Bears  - 3..

After watching the game last wk for the Packers it was a disappointment for the fans, but even more for the team.  I look for them to come out strong on both sides of the ball this week.  They are a good team and have the best receivers in football to turn it around.  Take the Pack  +2

 Taking 2 big games for my weekly NFL Picks: 

MINN  + 3.5   VS   CAROLINA    With Guss taking over QB for the Vikings, they should have a more balanced attack.  Gus has the ability to control a game and complete those 3rd down passes.  Peterson gets his normal 100 + yds and Gus throws for 200 + yds.  The Vikings should win by 7 or more.  Take the Vikings  +3.5. 

Buffalo  -9.5  over  Oakland:       I normally would not go with this big spread, but I do think this could be the Bill's yearto get back in the playoffs.  They have a better than average RB and QB, excellent receivers, led by Lee Evans, the Defense is improved and if they can stay focused should win at least 10 games this year.  Go with the Bills   -9.5.

Notre Dame look'n good.  Did a number on Michigan last week.   Michigan State did not look good so far this year,  and yet the spread is -8.5 for Mich St.   They will have to put together a good plan to go up against ND and beat them at all much less by 8 1/2 pts.  I am going with ND + 8.5.  Good luck  and enjoy football again this weekend.
